Shipping Info

For all New Zealand domestic shipping we use NZ Post's Courier Post Express service which is an overnight express service and if you are in a major metropolitan area you will see your Vapemail next day. 

For rural deliveries it can take up to 3 business days.

Spend $50 on an order being shipped domestically in NZ and your shipping is free!

For all shipments to Australia we are offering 2 services.

Our standard shipping uses NZ Post domestically and then once it hits Australian shores it is handed over to Australia Post. This is a fully trackable service and can be at your door in under 4 business days but usually expect it around the 6-8 business day mark as Australian Customs can drag their heels a little bit sometimes!

When your tracking is showing In transit with airline then is a good time to punch the tracking number we have provided you into the Australia Post tracking website which can be found here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html you will then get a more detailed tracking explanation showing where your parcel is currently located in Australia.

Please bear in mind we have no control over the Australian customs side when the standard shipping option is selected, we currently have had no parcels stopped but they can take some time, so please bear this in mind when contacting us to ask about your package.

For express international shipments we use DHL, this is also a fully trackable service but as DHL have their own dedicated teams for every step of the way (pickup/customs/delivery) you can expect the package much much quicker! Most Australian capital cities will see the delivery within 3-4 business days!
